Under the City’s Historic Symbol

The chosen location is a 100-year-old fire tower overlooking the heart of downtown Helena, named "The Guardian of the Gulch." This symbol, the tower as the protector of the people and property of our State Capital, was a wonderful backdrop for the symbol of peace and nuclear disarmament for my generation - protecting the world from the devastation of war.
